THE JL EVENTS AGENCY PROCESS IN 6 EASY STEPS

1 Contact JL Events Agency by completing our “CONTACT US” to find out the availability of team members and obtain the link to the forms that will need to be completed to support your request.
* Remember, if you are interested in working with a specific team member, be sure to let them know in your request! *

2 After completing the details forms, the members of the team concerned by your request will come to you within 72 hours to set up an appointment with you.

3 Following this meeting, for each service, a quote will be sent to you by the member of the JL Events Agency team in charge of your request.5

4 Once the quote is dated, signed and returned to the team member in charge, we enter the preparation phase. You will share your vision of the event, agree on the technical and practical aspects concerning the service.

5 The last session… takes place approximately one or two months before the event in order to finalize the technical and financial details.
